Think about this; BoA is one of the largest banks in the US. Today there is only one branch open in Carson City. When I went in at noon there was a line clear to the back wall and one teller working! That means one teller was trying to service all the BoA (walk in) customers in CC! What were they thinking when they closed the Williams St. branch!!!

Sick and tired of not having a bank that is open. Since covid they have changed hour to almost never being open. I checked to see if they were back open on Saturdays, it said updated 3 days ago so I believed they would be open. Walked to …Hi Amber. Pathetic service. Holding on for an hour to get someone to answer to phone. I am told a CASHIER's check will take 9 days to clear. Is there a bank in the USA more pathetic than BoA? Have not found one.
