disappointed that i spent $15 on a cupcake and tiny loaf of lemon cake because they both tasted below average. i think the deli on the corner has better tasting options

Your inability to answer a phone after holding for 1 hour is inexcusable. Why don't you have an ability to leave a callback. I won't be waiting hours for delivery again nor will I use phone ordering.
