Watch your credit card transactions with this place!! Would really love to support local small businesses but Frank's makes that hard. Tried to pay with 2 cards, AMEX gift card and credit card and their system couldn't handle it. I'd checked the gift card balance earlier that day and knew how much was on it. Was told the card didn't work. Afterwards checked the balance and it was $0, the card had been charged. It took 2 days to get this sorted and get my money back. Not much help on Frank's end. First was told I'd get the $ back. Left my info but no one contacted me. Then I called, put on hold for a long time, the tone went from "you'll get your $" to "we have no record of the transaction" and kind of implied I was lying. Had to bring in a physical copy of the card's balance that proved Frank's made the charge. The manager did apologize but overall it's bad service coming from the top. Maybe their system is old, don't know why they can't see their own transactions. I'm in the service industry there's a better way, especially when it's not the fault of the customer. Well maybe my employer just has a better system. Mistakes get taken care of promptly, keep customers happy etc.

Yes it does, but Frank's market place should place interest on non gmo vegetables of all kinds. Investing in this market will bring a plentiful of customers as myself to continue shopping at Frank's, remember healthy consumers seek quality foods. If not customers are channeling to mis miss, a company that delivers, so please consider having foods that are in season thank you
Absolutely zero. Most of the check out people don't even scan the card. Even if they do it is minable. A couple dollars for every 300 dollars you spend. A joke!
