Don’t know why they don’t have a higher rating. Really nice room; accommodating staff; reception desk is open 24 hrs; great room cleaning service. They are still serving a decent breakfast in the form of to-go bags, esp. considering how 8 of the other 10 hotels I’ve stayed at over the last two weeks are using COVID as a “reason” (more like excuse) to entirely skip breakfast and even coffee at some of them. I booked the hotel for overnight stays when visiting Yosemite so couldn’t really stay at the hotel all that much but I’m sure it’d have been an enjoyable experience had I been able to spend more time here.

Honestly, Charlotte is amazing. I have stayed here a number of times and with my dog. She is always pleasant and very helpful. I see a lot of poor customer service and they could take lessons from Charlotte.

The Heritage Inn is a well-appointed little motel complete with microwave and mini fridge. It appears to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit which is uncommon in motels. Everything was clean and reasonably comfortable. There is a little bit of noise from the street, but that's easy to remedy with ear plugs. No coffee in the free breakfast, but there is a little coffee maker in the room. A good place for a quick stopover.

Positive: The staff. Very friendly & helpful. If you want small town hospitality stay at this hotel. ¿¿ Negative: They are in the midst of a complete make over which we we not aware of until we arrived. The hot tub is closed & construction was noisy. However, it will be exciting to see when it is completed.
