We came in late but there was no clerk, but there was a phone number posted on the desk so i filled out the hotel registration form,went back to the car and called the number and Alex answered. He told me that we would be in number 6 and we could go on in and that there was parking in the back of the bank next door if i did not want to park on main street. Alex was fantastic, the antiques were great, the atmosphere was authentic goldrush. Will definitely return. Here is a hint and you can thank me later, turn on the hot water 5 min before you start your shower. Enjoy!

We rented out the entire Ione Hotel for our wedding party and had a great experience. Mack and Alejandro were responsive, helpful, and always available if we needed anything during our stay. The hotel itself is an experience complete with pull-flush toilets and total old-world charm. Our guests had a great time hanging out on the balcony and exploring the cute little town. Thanks to everyone for helping us have our perfect wedding weekend!
