I was there today, and was all perfect till a guy with a yet ski almost hit me in the river. I'm pregnant and I was with my daugther, she has 2 years. And was 2 times, I was so angry. I tried to call the sheriff department and nobody answered, and a friend went to arround the lake triying to found a police. Because they was drunk. But we dont found anyone that could help us.

The North Shore had some great spots close to the water. The reserve and its amenities are kept clean. The trout caught, was delicious.

I love the campground area,with lot of showers,clean toilets and if you need washer and dryer we have a great weekend and family time...

Great area. Lots of wild life, clean air, freash water. Sitting around the camp fire dear, racoon's, wild turkey and lots of animals will walk through your camp site.

I would recommend you to camp at the blue oaks camp, it was really good and close to the water.
If you are camping you just select a camp site and it will come with parking. There is also day use that is first come/ first serve. This fills up pretty fast and they will turn you away if it does.
