Although I didn't stay and I live in Oakhurst I must say I was there at 10pm because I was lost trying to pick someone up from their dock after dark. I desperately needed to use a phone as mine had no signal. Every employee of the Pines so extremely nice and willing to help a stranger. Thank you to the woman working the front desk especially for being so kind and helpful. Spend your money with these people! They really care!!!

The resort was very good. We had booked the chalet. It was spacious and clean. The sofa and the chairs in the living room were old and bit dirty. Over all the property is good. Very good location. Next to the lake. They also have a boat rental on the property. We were happy with our stay and would highly recommend this resort.

We had cabin 273 which has a great lake view.. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Also the room is as close as you can get to the pool, jacuzzi and lakeside shore. Great location too, just 7 miles from Yosemite National Park, which of course is a must see.

Great cozy place to stay. Cabin is very practical as it has a full kitchen, deck, and pretty much everything you need. You have your own parking spot outside your cabin Our room had a very strong smell - probably cleaner of some kind which was off-putting and the furniture was a bit dated especially the couch. It's also very creaky - of you are downstairs and sunshine is walking upstairs - it sounds like they are stomping. But the surrounds were pretty, easy access to the lake, restaurants, shops and even a post office on site.
