Kudos to this McDonald's. I don't go often, but in recent times they have been very fast, very efficient, the food is freshly made, and my order is correct. They do a great job, even with the lunch rush.

Out of three meals ordered, not one was correct. Meals were not even slightly warm either. Two people allergic to onion got meals loaded with onion. The double cheeseburger had no cheese on it. Absolutely inexcusable.

Drive through is a rage farm. Nobody knows how to use it courteously. Often times I'll come up, the lanes will both be open with one car at each station ordering, so I'll stop midway between the two lanes until one opens, so I'm guaranteed to go next. But usually, when you do that, the car behind you will honk their horn and scream at you to pick a lane even though it doesn't matter since I will as soon as a car moves and I'm not causing them any delay. So I'll go, and then of COURSE, the lane that I didn't pick will immediately free up while mine takes another 5 minutes, and the a-hole behind me goes right through ahead. I cant convey how infuriating that is. Other times, I'll pull up to an empty drive through, get no response, while another car behind me goes to the other lane, and gets immediate service while I'm still waiting. Often 2 people behind me get served before I get acknowledged. And let's not forget the whole merging debacle, where some people will let two cars from the other lane merge before them even if they ordered later, or cars forcing themselves ahead of others that have ordered earlier. This whole setup is absolutely rage inducing and not worth the 1 or 2 minutes it might save.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They screw up all the time. Most recently I was told I couldn't have a root beer added to my order and had to go all the way back around to make a new order in the drive thru. For a large root beer. It's a dollar. We had asked for the one we got without ice. They should have given us a new one, instead of telling me to go around. Terrible customer service. I was a manager there years ago and we were always told to replace the item if it wasn't made correctly.

Try asking them to make it with egg beaters. Then no egg shells. You could call and talk to the morning shift manager too. They may not see the comments here.
