The latest technician was great he stayed in touch and did exactly what was asked. He was very respectful and showed that he cared about what was going on at the house. For bats, mice and other rodents they’re wonderful. For mole problems, a very frustrating experience and quite honestly a complete waste of money. It's expensive, and the service made zero difference. Also, compared to their other services, not very responsive.
