Oh my gosh! I just had the best customer service EVER!!! Marissa & Jeri bent over backwards to help me with a curbside order that was accidentally canceled. They called me twice & had to go through tons of boxes to get the exact ribbon that my Easter wreath customer requested. I might add...try Michaels also, the give classes of all sorts. I did 4-week Wilton's Cake Decorating Class.
Medford store doesn't have classes of any kind.
