MM is a beautiful place overall. Sure they had a few hiccups but who doesn’t. It is by far one if the best residential establishments. Great location between the airport and train station, not too far from Enfield shopping mall and windsor shopping, and restaurants, parking isn’t too bad just wish they didn’t charge so much for the garage parking. There’s always room for improvement such as cleaning the screen windows for them darn spiders in the summer. Other than that its a great place to live.

I got approved for affordable housing months back and have been trying to contact the leasing office and havent been so lucky. When i have gotten in reach the front desk woman has always had a attitude and seems to never know what she is talking about. I have left numerous messages and no one ever seems to get back at me. When i got approved months ago i was told by ryan there was one person moving in infront of my application and then i would be good to go. i never got a call and my voicemails and emails where never answered. Now there all the sudden the place is stocked up with tenants. Im basically homeless because of this situation. This has been a very upsetting experience... Get better people working in the leasing office who actually take there job seriously!

Are the ceiling's in the apartments located on the cement side of the building cement as well or no?

All our ceilings are revealed, so both the brick and concrete have exposed beams and ductwork. We made this decision in line with the building's history as it was a tinsel factory before we converted it to apartment homes.

Are the apartments above the parking garage still considered 1st floor apartments or are they 2nd floors?

Are tenants allowed to upgrade certain features or add touches of their own to their apartments. For example, changing the thermostats to the newer Nest models? or installing chandliers to replace certain lighting? Add wallpaper to their walls?

We have a hyrbid system which utilizes both gas and electricity while keeping our residents utility costs low. It is a form of forced hot air using a fan (hence the electrical component).
