Had a poor experience at BOA in Brookline. Went to the Highland ave location in Somerville and they were very helpful. Maria deserves praise for her knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Would definitely return!

Yes, absolutely, there are at least 2 employees who speak Portuguese fluently.
You can certainly deposit. I did it once. Not sure about buying.
