Most of my clients recommend them here, and to cancel a policy on occasions when my clients decide to change their insurance for personal reasons, I help them and they leave us on hold for a long time, approximately 30 minutes, nobody wants to take the call, they transfer us to the department that is it is supposed to be a cancellation and they do not help us it has already happened to me 5 times with 5 clients I think I will no longer recommend this insurance company because they do not provide good service very bad service

Worst car insurance I’ve dealt with. Had an car accident in July 2020, car completely totaled. Submitted pictures and even contacted numerous auto body shops stating that the car was not repairable. Insure claimed that it was even after I kept asking if they could total it out but they decided to send me an check anyway which of course was not even enough to fix the stupid car to begin with. Tried sending the check back but they already closed my claim smh. Obviously I canceled my policy and already have an ongoing case with them because the car should’ve been totaled out since it was not repairable to begin with. Terrible company that scams and lies, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
