I stop here every day on my way to work, because the location is convenient. I've noticed a serious decline in quality over the last month or so: items incorrect or missing from my order, and twice in one week my coffee was full of coffee grounds.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Went to the drive thru for a coffee on my lunch break. The woman was extremely rude from the minute I pulled up to the window. It gets better! She handed me my coffee with the lid improperly placed causing it to spill down my entire coat sleeve. Yes, HOT coffee down my entire coat and expensive work suit. When I asked for a manager I was told she is the manager on duty (Liz is her name). She argued with me saying coffees spill and this is a coffee shop so it happens and all she could do was comp my $3 coffee…. $3 doesn’t cover the lack of respect, ruined work shirt, and potential BURNS from the coffee spilling. I’m appalled and baffled at how this was handled. I’d expect something more than a free coffee after this - especially from someone in “management.” Yikes! STAY AWAY! To top it all off, this was my first day at a new job and I had to return with a coffee-stained suit.

Quickly walked to this place while my Amtrak train was waiting to take off. This was the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. The woman who took my order was super kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone else was really busy with the drive through and cleaning and making drinks, but the place was still very clean and fast and they were all extremely friendly and hospitable, even after I had ordered by asking how my drink was, asking if I needed anything else, etc. really great.
