Poor attitude when you call to let them know that they messed up your order in which you paid for . I don’t see how you order your items 3 times and they repeat it to you and yet they get the item wrong ? I asked for 2 egg sandwiches those were correct and two plain bagels with cream cheese . The person who took the order repeated it back and yet I get home 12 min later after leaving their to eat my bagel and it is everything bagel with cream cheese ! I called and Denise had a poor attitude ! Makes me not want to ever go back And it’s funny because I go in on weekdays at times to bring bagels to work I think I will stick to Panera going forward !

We were pleasantly surprised how good the bagel sandwiches were. Good bagels and high quality sandwich stuff. Will be back for lunch again soon. Also the staff is great. Good job!!

Absolutely will not return here, we were so excited 3 months ago when we discovered this place cuz they had delicious bagels and veggie dip and we have been in every week since then.
