Great location for fast and friendly service. Staff is always great. It's always clean, including the restrooms. Getting in and out of the parking lot can suck, plus not many spots for the busiest times.

This morning I used the drive-thru to order my coffee. When I pulled around to pay, I presented my phone for him to scan the app. Once he did. He said " Thanks Rita" after reading my name on the app. I just thought that that small detail of saying my name was awesome. I asked his name and he said "Levi" and then said " nice to meet you" May not seem like a big deal but he was just so nice and the experience made me smile the whole way to work. Thanks Starbucks Shrewsbury for hiring such a good person.

I managed a licensed Bux for 3 years in Texas. I am very, very picky about my flat whites. I was hesitant to order online, but until the pandemic is over, I don't really have much choice. I am SO HAPPY I did. Shown is exactly what a perfectly-micro-foamed flat white leaves in the cup. It wasn't a latte... it was truly a well-executed flat white. My entire app order was exactly right, ready on time, and the very busy baristas were friendly. I will definitely skip the Hanover locations and come back to Shrewsbury!
