Why do they close half an hour before it says they close online and on the door? Wasted my time getting off of the highway for a cup of coffee with my daughter to see people inside but the door locked. Why post hours if they’re arbitrary?

Call the 800 # for Starbucks. They will take your complaint and likely out a gift on your Starbucks card.

Sometimes the closing time applies to the drive-through window; store closes a little earlier.

I'm not a fan of the Shrewsbury Starbucks. I like the coffee but will never go to this location again. The management at this store needs retraining!!!!
