Never again. 45 minute wait for food. After requesting the kids food, all the food was served in 2 minutes. So why did I have to ask? When food was delivered the grilled chicken tender loins was missing 3 tender loins and the Mac and cheese. When I pointed out a side was missing I was asked if I wanted it. Of course I wanted it, I ordered it. I Questioned the portion of chicken and was told it was correct. I had to get a manager who then confirmed that my meal was portioned incorrectly. The kids meal had more fries than my dinner. I had to ask for my check and I still had to wait. At the register, I was not greeted or ask about my meal or thanked and was not offered a bag for my store purchases.

Cracker Barrel is consistent with good food, good service and a nice gift shop to keep you entertained. The gift shop is nostalgic and brings back memories of old. The stores are all well placed by main highways and are quick and convenient. I have really never ground a Cracker Barrel that has left me disappointed. Big kudos !!!!!

Tried and loved the grandmas breakfast sampler. It came with 2 pancakes, bacon, ham, sausage, 2 eggs, and the hash browns casserole. Service was about average, got our drinks after giving the order, then we only saw the waitress when we got biscuits, when our meal came, and once after that. I drink like a camel so need a waitress to come around for refills frequently. Overall meal was excellent and I will be back for more breakfasts.
Another DeJa Vu
I feel Cracker barrel is not the same as it once was. We had a nice lunch. However the food was average and my normal highlight is visiting the store. Visiting during their Christmas season I expected much better. The items were cheap looking, overpriced and little variety. The normal nostalgia I felt looking through the store was gone. The restaurant ceiling seemed to not have been cleaned in quite some time. Beware if they turn their ceiling fans on as they are full of dust. See pictures.
