I just moved to New Freedom and this Ruby Tuesdays has been a great welcoming experience. Emily at the bar is knowledgeable on drinks( Blue Motorcycles etc)..She is also very hospitable. Great food and great team here in New Freedom PA!!:) Thanks you for a wonderful time..

Family, friends and coworker groups have been to this Ruby’s so many times since it opened many years ago. We have come to know the original and long time employees. As with any business there are ups and downs but sadly the last many times we have gone the experience has been less than satisfying. I am usually one to speak directly with my server however they rarely return to our table and never see any management lately. We have so few restaurants to choose from, I hope things improve.

Been here many times over the years, to eat in. Tonight, first carry out experience, and it was shockingly awful. I called as the sign instructed and was hung up on. When I went inside the hostesses told me to go to the far end of the bar. There I stood for multiple minutes, same hostesses telling me "she'll be right back in a while"... Finally roughly 5 minutes later a young woman wanders out of the restroom, mumbles something to me. I ask her to repeat, still not sure what she said, but I did recognize my name, I nodded and she slid a bag down the bar to me. The food was not the standard I have experienced eating in the restaurant. The marinara was literally water in a little plastic cup, the wings were deep fried to almost nothing but a dry ball of breading, the artichoke and spinach dip container literally had '2' tablespoons of dip at best and it was cold with unmelted cheese on it. Broccoli cheese soup was good, and chicken tenders were good. Moral of the story, eat in and receive great service and good food. Carry out and not only does the service lack significantly but the food does as well. Lots of employees wandering and doing nothing and a hostess with a bad attitude.

We were lucky enough to have Autumn P as our server. She was amazing, so sweet, and kind. Beautiful young lady both inside and out. So happy and pleasant. I hope we get her again the next time we come. She is the absolute BEST!!!!
