Room was ok. Nothing extraordinary. Staff would have at times one person at the desk and others 4 people? Cleaning staff likes to smoke outside in groups where you walk your dogs.

We recently had opportunity to stay 2 nights at the Shrewsbury Hampton Inn. The facility was very well maintained and clean. It appeared that newer carpet was in lobby, hallway, and guest room. The breakfast bar was well stocked. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday within walking distance of hotel. Other shopping and eateries are close by. Easy access to I83. We plan to return.

Bed bugs in room 213 We checked in and I always check the beds for bed bugs. To my surprise there were live bugs in the beds. Luckily we hadn't put our stuff down we went straight to the management where we were shushed and whispered to So that no one else in the lobby knew. We were very thankful we did not unpack any of our stuff.

Positive: The room and the bed. I slept so well and loved the pillows. And it was very quiet. Negative: No lounge. Also nothing in room to get information of what hotel offers and times. I missed breakfast because I thought it wa till 11:00 but it was only to 10:00&
