Ordered a Togo order. One of the items I ordered was the kids Mac n Cheese for my child. It does not come with a side it’s only mac n cheese. It was $5.99 for the Mac n cheese. When I got home and got it out it was a small plastic container only about half full. It was not even enough to fill my child up. I called up there and spoke with the manager who was nice but she stated the Mac n cheese is proportioned to that size and there was nothing they could do about it besides offer me a free one next time I come. There will not be a chance for her to give me a free one because I will not be back. That’s last time I will eat at a Ruby Tuesday. It’s one thing to short my food but for sure don’t short my kids.

I had a great experience at this location. My waitress was the bartender named Alyssa and she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend if you travel through and need a good place to stop and eat.

It was my first time at this chain establishment so I was unaware of what to eat or expect. Fortunately our servers, Kendall and Kaitlyn were extremely sweet and gave us an excellent rundown and recommendations of the menu. They made sure our drinks were topped and overall provided excellent service for our tenure at the dining establishment. They ensured we were pleased during our stay and went above and beyond! We had the best night with friends! Great food, even better service! Hannah’s smile greeted us! Nina’s service was outstanding and she went the extra mile! Foster helped us with drinks! We will definitely recommend and be back with more friends!
