Went into coach’s, waited about 5 minutes for a hostess to come to the door to seat us. Told them I had an infant so I’d need a high chair, she didn’t grab a high chair so I grabbed one. Followed her to a high top table which was too high for the high chair so I asked to be seated at a lower one. Our food took forever; our hostess/server was literally the only person working there. On a Friday night. So definitely not trying to hate on her. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and my lettuce was so soggy it was inedible since it took so long to get our food I asked to just take it back and take it off our bill. Terrible service from the restaurant as a whole, manager did not care at all when other customers complained. Definitely will not be back.

I come here from time to time. They used to have good deals. The service has always been spotty but tonight I got the 5 dollar burger special and was charged full price. On top of that I ordered at 815 and they finally brought it out to go at 910 because they close at 9. They could really do better.

At first glance when i walked in, i was a little confused to learn the bar is hiding in the back of the restaurant. However this might be convenient for families with small children. The service was great and my burger was cooked with pride. I would recommend this place to any group of friends looking for a place to hangout and enjoy good food👍👍

1st visit in was really looking forward to the burgers. My husband and I waited for over 30 minutes for the appetizer. We finally just said we were gonna pay for our drinks and leave. Manager came out and explained why it was taking forever provided giftcard and coupon. We will think about trying this restaurant again but not pleased on a Friday night that they were not even busy only had 2 tables with people.
