Unfortunately, I must leave a negative review after 3 years of membership. For personal reasons I wanted to take a break from climbing and cancel my membership for the time being. I was, however, unaware that the contract I signed years ago included a stipulation that the membership must be cancelled within a certain, arbitrary number of days before the next billing cycle. The staff informed me I would be charged for an additional month against my wish because I didn’t meet this requirement. Apparently nothing could be done about this. It’s sad that after 3 years, I left with the feeling that I wasn’t a valued member of the Climb So iLL community. I was hoping to rejoin in the future but now I will not be doing so. Be aware of this when you sign your contract or terminate your membership, and don’t make the same mistake I did.

Well set-up climbing gym in an interesting space. The bouldering wall had some creative problems with great variety across the grades. We actually started allowing day pass reservations as of Monday, June 29th!
I don't recall ever seeing animals at So iLL, so I'm guessing no?
The bouldering wall is 15-17feet and the rope wall are 50 feet at the highest point
