They take good care of me. They smile, and are polite. One other time when I was there, the tech appreciated the fact that I had good veins for putting the IV in. Said it was the easiest stick of an I V he has ever had. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about a good Urgent care to go to.

All of the staff that I spoke with were extremely friendly, light-hearted, and professional. I went there with an issue I had never had before, and admittedly I was a little clueless. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The people here are professionals and I highly recommend their services.

I cut my thumb making dinner, and it looked like I needed stitches. I was able to hop on the Total Access website, get in line virtually, and was told when it was time to head down to the clinic. The entire process was smooth, easy to follow, and made me feel less stressed out. Upon arrival, I was brought right in, processed quickly, and seen within 10 minutes. The medical staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly, asking questions where necessary. They got me stitched up, and sent me home with supplies and detailed instructions for care and recovery. Overall time from first getting into the virtual line, to walking out the door to head home, was under 2 hours. Pretty great, especially during the ongoing COVID pandemic. I have used Total Access in the past, and this was yet another very positive experience. Use them, and the Hampton location, anytime.

THIS TAUC FACILITY IS BEYOND COMPARE -- ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! The staff are professional, knowledgeable, engaged, and efficient in getting patients in and out, while also spending the necessary time to address all questions and concerns. I appreciate the quality of care provided and the safety measures/techniques of the staff used to keep us both safe. They even offer a pharmacy on-site to save a trip. The facility is kept clean, the online check-in and queue process is beyond amazing to ensure no one wastes time, and the location is right off the highway with great parking. I received updates as to my place in line and a text on when to start heading over. By the time I checked in with "here" in the text message, I only waited about 2 minutes till I went in to registration and was promptly brought back to a room and seen by the technician. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you need quick, quality, and thorough service.

Dawn, we accept Medicare, but we are unable to bill Medicaid. We do offer an affordable self pay program which is $99 at registration. Additional tests/procedures are deeply discounted by 45%. We would be happy to help get you feeling better!
