Ron does his best running this establishment. The younger crew simply needs to learn how to talk to consumers. It doesn't cost anything to be courtesy. I still give em 5 stars because we have no control over others actions.

This place is terrible. The GM decides what promotion he will sell and which ones he won't. Every other burger king will have a deal going but this burger king is don't sell that .. make it in make sense...

Typically a great place ..Quality service and food.Last night on the other hand RUDE AND VERY UNPLEASANT..Instead of the normal "Welcome to Burger King " The employee just Screams Fried Food Fried Food ..I ask are you speaking to me? His response Fried Food thats all I have Fried Food ..The restaurant closes at 12 it was 10 .

Placed a mobile order to give them a 10 minute head start on making my food. Arrived and waited an additional 20 minutes for my Spicy Ch'King Sandwich and a large Hi-C Fruit Punch. I don't know why it took them 30 minutes to make my food when they actually gave me my sandwich and a large Coke instead. If they happened to be out of Hi-C, I was not made aware of that fact nor was I asked if I wanted to replace it with a different drink. I would've happily asked for lemonade instead of Coke as the carbonation in soda interacts with my medications and causes me to suffer from migraines and violently throw up the rest of the day. I'm glad I checked my drink before taking a sip or I would have been kneeling in front of my toilet for the rest of the night. Being New Year's Eve, I did not consider that one of my options for kissing once midnight strikes would be the porcelain in my bathroom. If you want your food to be made in a timely manner and correctly, I advise anyone reading this to visit either a different location or a different fast food establishment nearby altogether. Edit: I do want to add I have been to this Burger King location two times and both times they have gotten my order wrong.

I always go to the drive up when going here,which is about the safest way to order and get the food...your not next to anybody plus your outside in your car,to have to worry about anything with Covid...when I'm finished with everything I pull over in the parking lot and sanitize my hands and I'm good to go...
