I come to this location 2, sometimes 3 times a week. The customer service, while sometimes not the fastest, is always above average. All of the workers here are extremely friendly, kind, and professional. I try to keep my order simple and use the mobile app every chance I get because the rewards system is sweet and you can get good deals on their offers as well. Any time I had any issue with my order, they always answered the phone and management happily took care of me each and every time. Great service, great management, reasonably fresh food every time!

At most fast food restaurants i only expect and usually receive the bare minimum. We just went through the burger king drive through and Ashley took the best care of us! She was so kind and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience! Thank you burger king! You should give Ashley a raise!

At approx 1:50 PM today, I decided to go through the drive thru and the I was theonly car in line, the lady said "One moment." 7 moments (minutes) later, I asked respectfully, "Are you ready for my order?" The lady then proceeds to say, "One moment please!" I did not respond and she promptly told me "YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER BURGER KING IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT, WE ARE SHORT STAFFED!" I said, "You know what? You're right, I will because this location is not prompt on service! I drove around to leave and she barreled out of the store in a threatening manner and proceeded to yell obscenties at me. I understand staffing is short handed but I will NOT accept anyone hurling threats and obscenties. I did not get her name, but I am sure based on the location and time I came through, it is not hard to find her. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOBS AND TO PROVIDE SUFFICENT STAFFING AT YOUR LOCATIONS BY PAYING PEOPLE MORE THAN JUST PENNIES!!!!!!

I ordered a bacon whopper meal in the drive thru and before I opened my sandwich, my passenger told me that they don't toast the bread at this burger King.... I unwrapped my bacon whopper and the bread wasn't toasted.... The untoasted bread tasted disgusting with the burger. The employees are obviously lazy and management isn't doing there job correctly. The whopper was the worst experience I've ever had at any burger King ever. Although my fries were hot and over salted....

I have never had a problem with anything from this location. If you let them know they will make it right and most likely give you something free to make up for your trouble.
