Brother and I sat all day at Sitemen Center without eating we both ordered the largest meal Hardee's had I was driving so had to wait another hour before I could finish but it hit the spot for sure

The few times I've gotten food from here it's taken forever to get it, then once I've gotten it it's been edible but not any better. The bread is hard, patties are either overcooked or cold, and the chicken is dryer than my dad's humor. My son got a "chicken quesadilla" (this location has Mexican style food as well), it was an open tortilla with some cold, barely edible chicken chunks thrown in the middle, and some half melted shredded cheese. The staff, while friendly, mosey around like they have nothing to do, and are bored. Which is strange to me, because there's only ever been two employees in there. The place is clean enough, what I'd expect at a fast food place. We won't be returning again.

Waited for over 5 minutes before I was waited on in the drive thru. Food was ok but not cut into pieces. Like the leadington Missouri restaurant.

We go to Hardee’s mainly because they’re nearby. From now on we’ll drive a little farther. That said, I normally buy 6 egg biscuits to freeze and enjoy later. The biscuits are always good as they probably come in a package and they dispose of their screw-ups. But workmanship consistently poor. Some egg to overwhelming egg. All they have to do is put egg on a biscuit! That’s not even the I issue! Last evening went for the hand breaded chicken sandwiches. The portions do not fit the bun and they we’re both over cooked. The bun was damaged boxing the sandwich. French fries consistently lukewarm out the window. We will boycott this restaurant until the owners get serious about quality. They should be there every day until this restaurant is producing quality food.
