The room I stayed in was absolutely filthy. Trash not emptied, dust covering everything (I could write in it with my finger), bathroom floor and toilet dirty, food crumbs and used floss on the floor next to the bed. The cherry on top was the multiple uncleaned period stains on the mattress that I found when stripping the bed to be helpful to housekeeping. Unfortunately I cannot attach the pictures that I took of the room, but will sleep in my car before I ever stay at another Quality Inn. I’ve stayed in roadside motels that were cleaner and a fraction of the cost. Do better.

The first room was terrible! Beds not cleaned, towels stained & nasty! 2nd room window would not close. Beds still very nasty stained & look like they just threw the blankets back on the bed from the last guest. Sheets didn't even fit one bed. Beer can left on shelf. Food on floor. Zero hot water! I filled 2 tub fulls & never got a drop of hot water! Lamps need bulbs. Just spend the extra money for another place!!

Positive: There was nothing I like at all Negative: I honestly will never stay at this hotel. The sheets had hairs in them, the pillow cases had yellow stains, carpet was dirty and the window curtains had holes in them. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else 30 mins after being there

Stayed 3 nights in a room with 2 double beds. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience of the remodeling. The only disappointment was the elevator was out of order and the rooms on the first floor were not available, do to remodeling. Bathroom was very small, but well stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The room had plenty of comforts, such as a large fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was an indoor pool we are looking forward to using on our next stay. The kids had a good time in the small arcade. We ended up only taking advantage of the breakfast on our last day, it was delicious. I can not wait to see the updated version.
