Just changed the top window garage to be hurricane impacted they are the only company can do it instead of changing the whole garage door that can save us thousands of dollars.and had a couple more projects with them .Great experience would not go anywhere else this will be my regular guy. very professional show up on time get your problems fixed right away .they pretty much have everything in stock so save a lot of time to wait to order part ,relief stress. AWESOME SERVICE!!! I called All Pro Garage Doors early morning as my door would not open. Todd was at my house within the hour. My door opener was 22 years and decided to get a new one. Todd temporarily fixed the door and scheduled an installation THAT same day. Michael was at my house by the afternoon. Thank you so very much Todd and Michael for your amazing service.

Talked to Todd on the phone and gave a quote lower than others. Gave military discount (10%). Todd came out and did the job in less than 30 minutes. Asked about my one car and lubricating it and he did not charge me. Very nice business. Highly recommend. No complaint's what so ever.

Great Business! Long review short, I highly recommend them. From the estimate, office, installers and service personnel they were top notch. Now, for the details on why they were. Back in May called for an estimate due to my garage door being from the 70’s. The lady on the phone was professional and straight forward. Schedule the estimate and he called me to confirm he was on the way and was on time. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable about products, services and lead time for what I wanted. I opted for the full insulated version. I recommend that very much. It keeps heat and noise down and is noticeable immediately. The lead time was 12-16 weeks for the insulated, well worth it. Fast forward to September when it came in and they called for to schedule the time. The installers came on time and were ready to go. ( Please heed there suggestion to make sure the area is clean, and free of clutter. It helps them and makes their job just a bit less exhausting). They started right away with tear down, they were professional the entire time. After a few hours they were done. There was a small issue with the garage door opener not working after the door was installed. (The opener is 18 years old but still is a great opener). He didn’t try to immediately try to up sell me or anything. He told he he had already contacted the office and a service member would be out that day to take a look. That is exactly what I would have expected. The service member called me and was at my house in a few hours. After about 15 minutes he had it up and running smoothly. Overall, this whole experience was excellent. If you are looking for a company that will impress you just call them and get the ball rolling. They are organized on all fronts and timely with all communication throughout the process. Well done and thank you for doing a great job. It is rare to have a company perform so well all through the project. The door is solid and beautiful.
