Horribly rude staff and management. Apparently the store manager doesn’t exist and there is no more than one manager on shift on any given day. If you speak to a supposed manager they have little to no care about how the staff treat or speak to customers and they treat you horribly if you say anything to them about how you’re treated by another employee. You have greeters leaning up against produce boxes on their phones, self check out on their phone, employees in the isles on their phones. They have maybe a hand full of staff that care about customer service. It’s unfortunately a running theme to just show up for work and demand a paycheck for being there and not performing your job or using any good customer service. Lower prices aren’t going to be good enough for everyone. Some will go pay more money elsewhere to be treated with respect and dignity. Management needs to get this store together. You’re only as good as your weakest employees. Honestly it’s starting to be clear that no one, including the store manager cares just how horrible their employees are.

The price shows $29.97, I didn't get charged that price! I showed them that this was what was marked under ALL of them. The store HAS TO HONOR THAT PRICE! They wouldn't! I'm contacting the store manager as well as the corporate office!

I've been shopping here for 5 years. I was a traveling salesmen who worked in all types of walmarts, this one is certainly not the worst. The greeters are always friendly, and the staff is always busy. Which is a good thing. The price of everything has gone up but their supply only dwindled during Covid. I'm always impressed with how CLEAN the place looks on the weekends when I shop there. I'll be back.

I have an NBT card and have never had an issue purchasing gift cards at WM or Price Chopper. I didn't buy any at WM this year. Maybe a new policy. They have an ATM so maybe get cash. I know that sucks as there is a fee if not an NBT ATM.

No, there is not, nor is there RFID (tap to pay). You can, however, use the WM app to link a payment method to your account there (as you would to shop the site) and then use Walmart Pay at the checkout by scanning the QR code on screen.

There is always a manager on duty while the store is open. You would need to have one paged to the front, or call the store to talk to one. If your looking for the store manager, your best bet would be call to the store around 9am and see if he will be in the store, and you would like to voice some concerns or ask questions.
