No, there is not, but the Amsterdam Walmart has.

Why is my credit card no longer accepted to use for easy pay at the pharmacy?

That probably has more to do with your insurance or the type of item you were attempting to purchase. I just used my Visa credit card without any issues to purchase behind-the-counter cold medicine
