This place is run by the laziest excuses of workers I’ve ever seen. I have a time sensitive package that was already late jumping from UPS location to location by 2 whole days and so when I saw that my package had arrived at the UPS facility here at 12am I was excited to know my package would come the next day at some point. However idk if the workers chose to give themselves a relaxation day or were to high to remember but they literally forgot to load my package on the truck and provided no update to status of my package and the entire next day I sat waiting for it and it never arrived. After talking to support I’m told due to Sundays being another day off for everyone and Labor Day being Monday that I now get the joy of waiting another 3 plus days to get my package that was already 2 days late. Make that a grand total of 5+ days late for my package that was already running late from shipping. UPS and this locations specifically are pathetic

Driver left an overnight envelope on the ramp in front of the door to my porch during extremely windy conditions instead of just opening the door to my porch and throwing it inside. Fortunately I was at home and heard his truck outside. The package contained a contract from an Investment Company that included very sensitive information. Very lazy service from a Teamster who makes very good money.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my apartment, but because there is no safe place to leave it, it was brought back to the facility. I went to pick up the package later that evening with the door tag and was told the truck had not arrived back at the location, but should be back by 7:00pm. Now, the hours listed are something like 3:00pm-6:00pm, so I was shocked when the guy told me I could simply go back around 7:00 and it would be waiting for me on the counter. I went back about an hour later, almost 7:00pm, and sure enough, there was my package waiting for me right up front. I waited about five minutes while they helped someone else load a large box into their vehicle and was then out the door. Very happy with this UPS location!

I don’t speak from experience, but I do believe they are closed sat and sun. I would recommend going Monday morning if possible for you — you’d probably get your package sooner in the day.
