Most new asphalt roofs will last between 25-30 years. If anyone tries to sell you a 50 year roof or warranty, steer clear of them. An asphalt roof will not last that long. Keith Gauvin Roofing has replaced roofs that he personally installed with his father at the 25-28 year mark.
All the debris goes into an onsite dumpster.
Most roofs take one day to complete.
