The name of the facility is the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. It is an event and show facility that is rented out by show promoters to hold their events. Please check out the website www.jaxequestriancenter.com for a complete list of events. This is a City owned facility and the name has always been the Jacksonville Equestrian Center. There are some hunter/jumper shows, but dates and mileage are limited as both are regulated and dictated by USEF.

I do not see anything currently listed for a rodeo. You can go to Ticketmaster though and search PBR or something to that extent and set yourself for notifications when they go on sale for the equestrian center.
It's open, they have a memorial day horse show from 8am- 6pm. They also have trails and what not, so depends on what reason you are going there?
The trails are open daily from sun up to sun down.
There are no specific bike trails . Safe roads - the only road that could be biked on are the roads around the center. As far as they being safe it would depend on the activities or lack of activities at the center.
Leashed dogs are allowed based upon booking or event specific rules and regulations.
Not as of now. Just had barrel and gypsy show this month. Might want to check their listing for up and coming shows in the future.
No but right down Road are a few horse stables that allow you to ride if you're not from this area look up on Normandy Boulevard
