I keep seeing vidoes of cops being rude and disrespectful toward citizens. Jump out of vehicles and demand ID and threaten arrest. Then supervisor is rude to citizens complaining about treatment. You guys are a completely out of line.

Any time I have needed the help of the westerly pd (for minor issues) they have been absolutely awesome. Fast response time, down to the point, and friendly, down to earth, approachable officers. I fully respect them and are grateful that they are in charge of keeping our town safe
