Great service! We purchased the wellness plan when we got our dog in January 2019. We have not been disappointed. They send you regular reminders to keep up on your pet’s shots and testing. They have great offers on flea and tick medication which I order from them. Today I had a shot scheduled and I was on a business call and they made the shot seamless as we are regular customers while I was on my business call. Friendly staff. Attentive and always got you in.

Forever Vets is more than a name to me after today. My pets story could have easily not been so happy.I visited another vet in town because of the cheap price. I took my newly adopted cat(a 10.5 year old Siamese) to his 1st vet appointment. Not only was I was told my pet needed at least 4 teeth extracted my bill was almost $500. Something about the visit just didn’t add up. So I called Forever Vets and took my new addition in for a free evaluation. I let Dr Payne examine my cat without mentioning anything about my previous vet. He told me I have a healthy cat that needs to go on a diet. At this point I asked him about the teeth. He advised my cat wasn’t letting him look at his teeth and due to undocumented vet history and age I should consider a cleaning. I then voiced my concern about the 1st vet. He listened patiently and advised me to have the cleaning and prepare for possible extractions. I was shocked that he never discounted or dismissed the 1st vets findings. YES I had sticker shock when I saw his estimate and was more than a little concerned. The 1st vet quoted $600 for four teeth to be removed ( no X-rays before or after). The estimate I was looking at was starting at nearly $400 and up to over $1000 only with one tooth removed. In the end I chose to go with Forever Vets because I was comfortable with both Dr Payne and the idea cleaning 1st with possible extractions. When he called me today to let me know there were NO teeth removed or that needed to be removed I CRIED and am still crying as I write this. My total today was $288. OMG!! Dr Payne and Forever Vets staff wherever you go I will follow! THANK YOU for being there for me and my cat Captain 😿 Tammy Lassack/ maybe a little crazy cat lady

Had an appt for our 2 month old kitten who started having bloody urine the night before appt. We didn't have a carrier for our extremely calm kitten and was told we had to pay $20 for a cardboard box. There was not a single person in the lobby and he wasn't freaking out. Clearly something wrong with the staff to think it's OK to basically turn away a clearly sick kitten. Thanks a lot. We were thankful for them working us in but will never visit this vet again.

So disappointed and frustrated. We have an appointment at 4:30pm and the Dr. Watson didn’t come to the room until 5:45ish. They took my dog to do an exam for 5-10mins and the rest of time we were just sitting there and waiting. My dog got so much anxiety during the time. The first thing when doctor came in is telling me your dog is not cooperative. Seriously? Just blaming? No apologies or explanation for keep us waiting that long at all. All she was saying is it is your dog’s fault. She said when it came to his turn he is not behave well. When I said keeping him long in the room make him feel anxious, she asked me where do I work and what department do I work in. Excuse me? Is this relevant to how you treat my dog? Feel so upset about forever vet. So disappointed.

I have been apart of their wellness plans at 3 locations and have submitted an email to them from their website and have never gotten an email back from them; however, they are more than helpful if you call them.
