THOMAS PUCKETT IS A LAME DUCK!! Your stereotypical public defender. He came to court without a working pen and attempted to take notes with a highlighter (on yellow paper). A week before the court date we discussed my case over the phone. In court he was clueless. A sorry excuse for representation. Prosecutor wanted jail time for missing video chat. 2nd offense probation violation (First offense was a "bad" address, even though I updated my address with restitution office). Lack of defense gets me 4 months jail time ...and, "You won't have to pay restitution still!" Thomas states. 3 months and 2 weeks in I find out I STILL had to pay!! Smh. Thanks Thomas 👍

I pressed 0 to get ahold of a attorney and the women was very rude to where I just hung up on her. Respect goes a long way.

One will be appointed in all first degree and up misdemeanors and worse. It's a given right for all defendants.
First, I would start by saying, welcome home, and welcome back. Although, I not an attorney. I don't think the judge will respond. In some cases if you see one on site, and ask them questions if you don't have no case open with that judge because it will cause conflict of interest, he or she will probably seats on a legal advice because they are not allowed. But for me to you just best to go to the public defender's office and ask those questions and they will point you in the right direction, and personally what you're seeking I don't think it may be that hard especially if you're looking for driving privileges just to work or whenever you need to do to make ends meet. You can do it. Sometimes in life you just have to fight to make your voice be heard, but you will be heard.
