I don't like the app that you order on. Our food was ready and the app never told us, so we were literally sitting in the sun waiting for a notice. I finally just walked in because no one was in line and no one was in the restaurant. They need a better system. Then the order was ready and the only one on the shelf and they could not identify it. WOW

This location doesn't open until 5pm! Fix the hours online Potbelly! Google didn't publish a suggested edit for hours because they said it couldn't be verified... Hey Google, trying calling the store before 5pm! Go to the Geneva Potbelly if you want lunch or dinner. 😒
