Brought my ex mark mower that I purchased there for $5500.00 there for my 1st service and after a $300 bill it still crept backwards while in neutral, which was the ONLY complaint that I had about the machine in the 1st place. When I tried to load it on to my trailer it was stoll doing the same thing. I had to go back in and asked them to take a quick look at it and they did so with such an attitude that I will probably never bring my machine back there even though I purchased at their. $300 for an oil change on a brand new lawn mower is quite a bit of money and they didn't even go through everything they originally said they did. Just makes me wonder what else they skipped. Totally blew my confidence in them despite all of thier advertising. On the other hand I would recommend SSR Equipment on Mill Plain Rd. They carry all that stuff in stock. Just refurbished my older belt drive Scag last week with most of those same parts..
