Declined services and was told new staff was a contributing factor. Not willing to provide remote visits. Unsupportive of family needs. Facility not taking a contemporary approach due to the current environment. Very unfortunate.

I've been going to Nassau Psychiatric Services for the past several years and have seen two providers. I have been seeing Jennifer Eden for 2-3 years most recently and have loved and appreciated the service and care she has given me. She truly cares about her patients and their well-being and works hard to find out the best treatment plan for you.

Finally got the courage to call for an appointment but was met with a nasty rude woman who told me it would be 3-5 days before anyone could get in touch with me. I told her I didn’t think it would be ok for me to wait that long - she hung up on me.
