My car go hit from behind. Persons insurance company paid for my rental car while mine was in the body shop. The car was a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. They say they clean them but the windshield was filthy and the windshield wipers are probably original and worked really bad when it rained. Interior seats were stained and smelled like someone smoked in it even though you aren't supposed to. They dropped car off at body shop and made it painless. 2 annoying things are I had to pay $150 deposit when I didn't cause the accident. I know I get it back when I returned the car but why should I have to pay that? Secondly to get to talk to someone on the phone is nearly impossible.

We rented a car from Enterprise Poughkeepsie on August 25th. All went well with our rental however there was an Asian Family renting a car at the same time we were there. There was a bit of a communication issue between the family and the two Enterprise Employees “helping” them. The Enterprise Reps were putting a very hard sell on the family to purchase the Enterprise Insurance on the vehicle. This was very disturbing to see. Even worse was the fact that the two Enterprise Employees made fun and mocked the Asian Family in front of us after they took their car and left. These employees also laughed with their manager about it. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I’ll never rent a vehicle from Enterprise again.
