Everything, the place its self is like a second home. Beautiful park, clean, family and fishermen oriented. Wonderful people and the owners are always working to stay on top of keeping the place in perfect condition. Could not be happier with the place.

Well if there were any open or if you did buy one . It is 2400 a year for full time and your unit can stay there year round but you can only go 2 to 3 weeks at a time no long term staying . You did read correct your unit can stay year round but you can not
