I used to have an account with them, if I remember correctly I think you only need a tiny bit of money to keep the account open... I don't think it cost anything in itself to open an account. If I'm thinking correctly I believe you have to have like a dollar to keep the account open... Again, I haven't been there in a while so I don't know if things changed. but I'm almost certain that if you go there you should be able to open an account with no problem at all. I think they want a photo ID, and certain information to start your account...
