Pharmacy line is Slowly getting better but Pharmacy tech Amy is amazing. She goes out of her way to provide real customer service. Michelle is great too.

i have been on hold for 30 minutes. Just checking the status of three prescriptions placed last night for Lockwood Sprague before I drive to the store in West Lebanon, NH. Is there a way to check because of a new prescrip. we have no rx number.

How long do you hold a prescription for after its called in ? Can you pick it up a week later ?

They hold it for a few days. I would call them and ask that they hold it for longer. That will guarantee that it is held.
