This pharmacy is bad. I wish i could give ZERO stars. I am told that my meds will be ready in 2 hours. Okay fine. I show in two hours, they arent ready and will be ready in an hour. Great. I call in an hour. On hold for 20 minutes without a pick up. I decide to drive in becoue it is like 8:30 at night and got an hourly morning (work as mailman) and i NEED these meds. Get there and it will be reay in 20 minutes. Okay so angry i buy snacks to eat while waiting. Decide to go through drive-thru since i will just sit at the window and wait since i have be waiting for these meds for around 4 hours now. I pay and the pharmacist forgets to give me my card back. Glad i checked before i even moved. I know on window and tell him. Acts like i waisted his time and doesnt apologize. If this place wasnt 8 minute from my house i would never go againt.

Can there be a worse customer experience than the CVS? Is it possible to answer your phones at all? Does keeping your customers on hold for two hours bring you joy? Yeah the calls are never to be answered no matter how long you stay on hold in reality. I need to find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions. It takes two minutes to answer a phone. I don’t care how short staffed you are. It’s called being lazy, and I’ve seen it firsthand multiple times at this location.

Takes a long time to get your prescription but the pharmacist are all great and do the best they can.

I've currently been on hold with this CVS for nearly an hour trying to follow up about a medication for my pet that he needs, and hasn't had for 2 days now. I walked in to this pharmacy yesterday to inquire about it because I had called in a refill for it over the phone and the system told me it would be ready the next day at a certain time. After I didn't receive a notification of it being ready when it told me it would be, this is when I walked into this CVS to ask about it. I was told by the pharmacy tech that the prescription had no refills left and that they are waiting on a request back from the doctor. I told them then why did your automated system allow me to place a refill order and give me a date and time of when it would be ready if it had no remaining refills left? They replied "oh because the system isn't smart, and is never accurate". I asked, then why do you offer a system to be used for convenience that doesn't work? They shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do. Its also worth noting that I had to stand at their counter for nearly 15 minutes with literally NO ONE else there until a pharmacy member to came over to the counter to help me. One of the worst CVS pharmacies around. If you can help it, avoid this one. Horrible staff, horrible customer service.
