Went there for a birthday party. The place wasn't really clean. They might have cleaned the tables where the kids eat, but not the chairs. Most importantly, the birthday chair was really dirty. I was a guest so I don't know if they had different party options. I'm only talking about my experience. After 1 hour of free play time in the private bouncy room (which wasn't awesome, but kids had fun regardless), we were all told to change the room for the party. When we got there, cold slices of pizza were laid in line on the table. The kids had some dance time first. The "helpers" weren't really keeping the kids entertained. They would shout "dance time" and put some music on with the disco lights. Then they all immediately start burying their faces into their phones. Then the kids were told to sit with help of parents because they weren't really directing the kids other than shouting. By the way, when they shout anything, the voice has no emotions, no enthusiasm, no nothing. So it's even hard to understand what they expect us to do at times because it lacks that human touch necessary in communication. Anyways, once kids start eating the cold pizza, they start pouring juices to kids. But they refuse to walk all the way to get to every kids. So anyone sitting towards the back would have nothing to drink unless the parents go grab the juice themselves. After the pizza, another emotionless dance time follows. And then cake is served. I doubt there will be any memorable moments for the birthday kid. And then another dance time while the helpers keep themselves busy with their phones. Soon after the party is over. I can see how this could take any preparation effort off the parents. Plus, parents don't "have to" engage as entertaining hosts. Parents are free from kids so they can chat with adult guests.

We had my son’s 3rd birthday here last night and loved everything about it! All we had to do was show up. The kids and adults had a blast. Thank you!

We attended a 5th birthday party here on a Friday evening. We were immediately greeted by an employee who helped me sign in on an ipad to access the safety waiver. My daughter's group was led to the first room for the party. I was impressed by the high level of cleanliness, as these places usually aren't overly clean. The large room was filled with bounce equipment. I was impressed that only the members of the party (aside from employees) were in the room. It felt very secure. After about 30 minutes we were led to the next room for a glow in the dark party. The kids loved it! Again, this room was just for the party. After 30 minutes, a staff member sanitized everyone's hands and took us to the party room for pizza. She was highly professional and had obviously done this a million times. Everyone was extremely polite and attentive to both the adults as well as children. Overall, it was a fantastic party. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. I would certainly consider this establishment for any future celebration. Be sure to bring socks if your kids are wearing sandals.

Anywhere from $13-$15 for just the bounce house. Price varies for different events
As long as they open ur welcome to come
No
It seemed they hire teenagers when I went with my child. One young lady looked as if she was 16.
Hello. We do a lot of parties for 1 year olds and the family loves them. The child of course would need to be assisted by a parent to go on our Inflatables.
Depends on your party number of guests, or hourly rate.
All ages and heights welcomed. My 18 month old accompanies my 4 year old on all the parties and it is fine.
The typical ages are 4 to 10, but there are areas in both of the bounce rooms that will accommodate kids down to 2. Kids over 10 will be a bit restricted on some of the larger attractions given there are 4 years olds playing right next to them.
About $500,depends on how many people r coming, but it's worth every dollars, kids loved it
They have open bounce times. Those times and days are listed on the schedule on their website. I believe it was $18 per child.
