The young staff were very helpful and super nice to me and my both my kids, they loved the laser tag girl and the young man on the dark ride virtual reality. However, the lady in the white hair was very rude and kept making comments about my children over the loud speaker which I did not appreciate when all they were doing was eating their ice cream. I overheard her and another older man talk about us when we walked away and then when I came back up to the front counter they were gossiping about the employees like children. Young man at the desk was very helpful tho!

My kids loved it - my wife and I even more. Everyone had a great time and the staff is wonderful. It's a great place for family fun.

You can walk in and enjoy. Once you're there though, make sure that you put yourself on the list for your preferred activity. We went in for laser tag and there was a 40 minute wait...but plenty to do while you wait to be called.

The Omni Arena VR Experience is not included in any of our birthday party packages, however it can be purchased separately using our online reservation system. You can reserve your time slot ahead of time, and purchase passes at Guest Services. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Hi Mark. It's more of a hight requirement. 42 inches and over you can use everything. 36 inches and under they won't be able to use our ropes course ninja course or the Rockwall. We also have over 65 arcade games to have FUN with.
Hi Sandra, we're so sorry to hear that you weren't able to visit us. We close on Mondays to give our hard working staff a day to unwind after our busiest days in the week. Keep an eye on our website, though, as we may be expanding our hours very soon!. We hope to see soon!
