Extremely bad service. Don’t get any service to file income tax to IRS from the center. They didn’t file the documents 2020 even I signed all forms. Currently I have to pay a penalty with percents to IRS. The center is always unavailable to talk with their manager. If you go to that place to file IRS documents you will get many issues, because they are unprofessional. If you want to get high accounting service you should go another place. They shouldn’t have any license of doing accounting job, it’s too much for the center.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Not only are they extremely unprofessional and have terrible customer service, but most importantly they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions. Report them to NYC311, NYC’s department of taxation and finance and to the IRS! They shouldn’t be allowed to provide services that they fail to fulfill.

Very bad service.i went to the office to make appointment the guy ask my name and my phone number he write down he it's was a Friday he told me they gonna call me back next week Monday it's already 1 month and no body respond to call me back !!!!if you want to apply better if you do by you own online don't waist your time for these office.
