I've been going here since I was a toddler and it's never been anything less than super friendly and welcoming. I joined the RRY Triathlon club and it changed my life (Thanks Rocio) and I met so many cool people.... BUT.... Today I decided to write my review because this morning I was in the fitness center upstairs and from the moment I walked in they played banger after banger. Whoever had the AUX cord or control of the music this morning 8/2/2022 should be promoted immediately. It was a wild rollercoaster of 2000's throwbacks and forgotten classics (such as "The Impression That I Get by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Canned Heat by Jamiroquai and Shake It by Metro Station.) I was literally dancing in between my sets of lat-pulldowns and not caring who was watching. In fact, the vibe was so superb inside that fitness center I'm surprised the attendant and other patrons didn't join me in throwing down moves on the carpeted gym floor. My only complaint was that I was laughing so hard every time a new absolutely powerfully groovy song came on that I had to stop doing preacher curls because the laughter took up all my strength. I love this YMCA.

We joined this Y even though it’s a bit more of a drive for us, because the facilities are really nice. The “child watch” babysitting staff is terrific, and that alone makes it worth the membership :)

Staff was incredibly rude to athletes and their guests while attending a swim meet at this facility.

can i use silver sneakers program as a gest in a y that dose not take silver sneakers pro.
No
Almost all YMCAs in the country abide by the nationwide reciprocity system, which allows you to use their facilities if you are a member at another Y. Wilton's policy is 8 visits a month before you have to pay for a day pass. All you have to do is sign an electronic waiver and they'll let you in.
There's an aquatic program n they do have special needs guests. Call them directly n they can address your specific needs.
