Not your run of the mill hardware store by any means. This place is an emporium with plenty of different artsy items and home products. Clever. But a little expensive. Worth spending some time visiting.

This use to be my favorite place when we traveled this way. My husband would golf and I would shop here. They have some of the cutest plates and nick knacks and welcoming customer service. Well it seems those days are gone. We had breakfast across the street and purchased a little candy to take home and I was saving the best stop for last or so I thought. Hubby and I walked in no one in the front, no problem. Walked to the back heard a lady greet another lady but no greeting for me and we made eye contact. While I was in back browsing for gift my husband went to use the restroom and all of a sudden I watched him walk out the door. I was confused so I called him, he said no public restroom and the guy sitting behind the desk sent him to some place around another building. He came back and said nothing was available and mentioned it to the guy and he just looked at him. Now I am frustrated and I look and the worker or sitter (he never got up) just looked and no response. I’m willing to pay for over priced trinkets with great friendly customer service but never over priced and terrible customer service.

Customer service of a certain person is garbage... She think she owns the place then tells historically high spending customer to not allow child to ride around on sample scooter... Come on, get better things to do other than run your customers away.
